This is a surprisingly sturdy, lightweight bench to use for dumbbell exercises. Not only is it affordable, but it is easier to put together than the average treadmill. The manual's instructions for putting the bench together are clear and easy to follow, and it offers good advice on how to get started coming up with an exercise routine. The bench's backrest is adjustable (a hard-to-find but important feature), so you can do the full range of dumbbell exercises.

Customers should know before buying that the bench is designed to support a maximum user weight of 250 lbs with a combined dumbbell weight of 100 lbs. Cap Barbell High Hex Bar (2-Inch) Review

This trap bar takes Olympic-sized plates, and weighs in at pretty close to 45 lbs. Getting it unwrapped from the three pounds of plastic wrap that it was cocooned in for its trip across the Pacific ocean was a minor workout.Overall weld quality and finish appears fine and is in line for what you would expect in this price range.The dimensions and handle spacing are comfortable for me (I'm 6'1").

Body Solid GSRM40 Seated Row Machine Review

When we opened this box it was apparent that someone else had thrown the pieces back and returned it - any parts that were strapped to the box had been cut.There were no instructions nor any package with the nuts and bolts.Very disheartening because it was a present for xmas.We wrapped it up (it weighted over 90 bls so it was not easy to handle) and sent it back and got an exchange (reluctantly hoping for another carton that was not used.)We opened the seconed carton which also looked like it had been tampered with, however, all the parts were there and we managed to put the Body Solid together.

Body Solid GCAB360 CAM Series Ab / Back Machine Review

Overall the experience was good. The Ab/Back Machine arrived within the shipping date window. Shipping was free, that was nice & Amazon's price was better then direct purchase from the company.Set up procedure could be challenging for some as a parts list and exploded view of how the parts were assembled was all that was provided. I'm mechanically inclined & did not have any problems & machine was set up in about 3 hours. I would have liked an operator's manual as I'm sure there are features that I have yet to master. Both myself and my 16 yr old son like the machine and use it serveal times a week. I also have a Body Solid leg press machine which I have owned for 15 years. Both the ab and the leg machine are good values.
