It's a good thing there's a product-use video on youtube because there are no instructions or recommendations that come with it.There's a little diagram which shows how to thread your arm through it, but not one which explains which end the arm goes through.While the loops at either end are the same size, they do have a shape to them.But I couldn't figure out which way felt better, probably because the fit was too tight.I bought the gray, adult version and found that while it functioned as advertised, it was too uncomfortable to use.My forearm measures 17 inches from tip of middle finger to elbow and 11 inches in circumference right below the elbow.The upper loop was too tight causing me to have to exert considerable constant upward pressure at the wrist to keep them on.200 meters and I was done.If your arm is shorter and/or not as big around it might work for you.
I'll be returning mine.
