Today I'm happy with the procuct, but when I first got it, not so much. The machine itself isn't that bad, but the construction of it wasn't the greatest. Within the first week of use, the chain kept getting stuck... it would just sit there rather than being pulled back in. I figured out it was sliding off the wheel and getting jammed so I "fixed" that, but after another week the chain just came off the handle and got sucked in to the metal body. I managed to pull it out, unscrew the fan (which can't be removed), and used a very stiff wire to thread the chain back through the proper mechanisms.
