I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend them to anyone. They're easy to put on and tighten around my wrists. I'm a 5ft.6in. female and weight about 122lbs. so I don't have really big hands and they are doing the job of keeping me from losing my grip on my heavy dumbbells. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the velcro is SO good, that they're not as quick to remove as they are to put on. No biggie. Good product, can't beat the price!
