Product received as described, however I ordered 2 of the same and received slightly different versions.The graphics on the outside and outer wrapping were identical, but the holder itself has 2 tabs that help to hold the license plate in place once screwed onto your vehicle.Of the 2 I received, the 1st of the holders had very tiny tabs to hold the plate in place.This leads to the plate flapping around and making noise while you drive.The 2nd had much larger tabs and thus doesn't have that problem.I wish I had received two identical holders with the larger tabs.Click Here to see more reviews about: Carolina Panthers Chrome Frame
