I bought this spray for protection against dogs while I jog.I really liked the velcro-elastic cover.It's awesome since it keeps the sprayer all lined up for use without having to hold onto it.I recently decided to test the sprayer.I am really glad that I did this at home and as a test.The pepper solution just ran out all over my hand.There was no 'spray' at all.I was suprised it did not burn my skin.Luckily my husband was home to turn the hose on for me so I didn't get it everywhere. No matter what kind you get, make sure you test it!If you really need it, it HAS to work.
